Prices and possibilities
The house in available for short and long term rentals. The lower limit of stay is 3 days and there is no upper limit. The prices depend on the season and the days booked. The basic price listing is the following:
Low season: From 1st November- 31st March
Mid Season: From 1st September - 31st October, 1st April- 31 May
High season: From 1st June - 31 August
*Included in price: Linen and bathtowels (not beach towels), weekly change of linen and towels and all utilities.
The special prices 2010 range from 17 Eur to 23 Eur a night per guest assuming 4 guests depending on the season but also on the length of stay.
The flexibility of the rental period is a benefit for the guests. There is no special changeover date for the house so that guests can easily make use of cheaper flights during the week instead of the Friday or Saturday flights. Weekend traffic is also much heavier than during the week if guests would be traveling by car. It is our experience that guests make use of this flexibility also in order to stay longer than just 1 week but not fully the 2 week holiday.
